Ron Soltis founded Plumbing Enlightenment, Inc. in 2007, after having been in the successful electrical estimating outsourcing business for almost eight years in addition to being in the construction industry for over the last twenty five years as a successful contractor, estimator, consultant and trainer. Plumbing Enlightenment Inc. was built on the successful estimating service business model of Electrical Enlightenment, Inc., seeing the need for all aspects of the mechanical, ventilation and plumbing field, including heating, air conditioning and hydronics.
