Did you know that most specifications are saying it's the plumbing contractor's responsibility to produce the as-builts and to update the CAD drawings?
Plumbing Enlightenment, Inc has the service to meet your needs in these situations: As-Built CAD Service. The As-Built Service is designed to help the plumbing contractor provide the As-Built drawing required by most specifications.
We will take your hand marked plans and modify existing CAD files or retrace and create new CAD files for you.
The service includes a CD with .DWG and plots so you can print the revised drawings or have vellums made at your local print shop.
We can provide print copies and vellums at an additional cost.
We will contact the architect for the original CAD files.
This is a complete turn around service so you can collect your retainer faster.
How to Obtain the As-Built CAD Service

You will be asked to:
- Send us the project's hand marked set of plans and specifications.
- Complete the As-Built Drawing form.
What the Standard As-Built CAD Service Provides
Plumbing Enlightenment's Standard As-Built CAD Service will provide you with the following:
- CD with .DWG & plots
- One color printed set
- Your original drawings
Our Standard Service includes printing costs, CD cost, rework to CAD and US Postal costs to your door.
Billing Basis
All jobs will be quoted prior to services being rendered.

Shipping charges are not included for special handling shipping such as overnight or express and are charged separately.
The Extended Services: Retrace additional prints and vellums are not included in the Standard As-Built Service Fee Schedule and are charged separately.
Payment Method
For your convenience we offer two payment methods. Payment may be made either by check (which must be included with the shipped plans) or major credit card. Please note that a 5% surcharge will be applied to payments made with an American Express account.
Terms of Service
All projects to be paid in full prior to work performed.
If plans are not legible or corrections need to be made, additional charges may be applied.
