Plumbing Enlightenment provides the Standard Estimating ServiceTM for contractors who desire or need to be directly involved in each project bid.

To provide an enhanced understanding of the Standard Estimating ServiceTM option the following is an example how this service works. It includes but is not limited to the scope of services outlined below by you or Plumbing Enlightenment.

The contractor will:

• Obtain material package pricing from their suppliers prior to bid due date and time
• Provide overhead, profit and labor figures to Plumbing Enlightenment
• Finalize the bid proposal
• Follow requests for information from the builder, architect, etc., as well as, addenda and forward this information to Plumbing Enlightenment

We will provide:

• Computer printout of materials and labor hours*
• Package take off lists for you to forward to your suppliers*
• Requests for information (RFI) forward to you
• Inclusions and exclusions form to be utilized for your bid proposal
