Meet Our Team
Ron has over 29 years in the electrical construction field, 10 of those as an instructor in the state of Ohio for the N.E.C., Fire Codes, Lien Law, Financial Management, Business Management as well as other construction industry curriculum.
Ron started in the electrical construction industry as an apprentice and work his way up to master electrician. In 1989, Ron started his own successful contracting business which was sold to a partner. Ron went on to purchase a second electrical contracting company successfully driving sales over 6 million dollars.
After his success in ownership and operations of two electrical contracting businesses, Ron decided to move his professional career in a new direction. He went on to pursue his love of training and educating. The result was the establishment of Electrical Enlightenment. Initially a training and business consulting venture, until the year 2000 during an electrical estimating class, an electrical contractor asked Ron to complete a project estimate.
Electrical Enlightenment, Inc now proudly employs over 18 people providing the best competitive professional electrical estimates to every contractor that we serve nationwide throughout the United States and internationally in Canada, Mexico, and surrounding countries.
In a growing demand for competitive estimating, Plumbing Enlightenment, Inc. was most recently established providing professional plumbing estimating services nationwide.
Ron holds the following licenses and certifications:

- Fire Alarm License
- Instructor Certifications with the NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research
- A listed Training Agency (#467) for the O.C.I.L.B. (Ohio Construction Industry Licensing Board)

Additionally, Ron has completed college coursework in Electrical Engineering and Business Management.
 , brings over 20 years of successful sales and professional management experience based on the passion to inspire a team by creating an atmosphere that stimulates personal growth, individual commitment and customer amazement.
Sally began her professional career as a registered dietitian with clinical expertise in diabetes and critical care medical nutrition therapy. She left her medical career as the Manager of Nutritional Services with direct management responsibilities for the hospital's clinical nutrition staff.
Sally started her sales career as a major teaching hospital pharmaceutical company representative. Her last position before dedicating her career to Electrical Enlightenment, Inc. was as a regional sales manager for a medical device company with direct management responsibility for a team of twenty sales professionals covering a ten state area which included: Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C. and North Carolina. Sally participated as a team leader with field and corporate staff on successful sales and marketing programs.

Sally holds registration, licensure and certification credentials in the medical arena. Sally also has been the recipient of numerous sales awards.
With over 20 years of office experience in various office settings from water utilities to engineering firms, Beth enjoys rolling up her sleeves and working with her clients to solve their everyday business problems. Beth comes to us from her home state of Kentucky moving to Ohio to enjoy family.
Prior to Electrical Enlightenment, Beth held various diverse positions working as an Accounting Manager and Business Office Manager at companies in Kentucky.
Beth will be responsible for managing the office as well as all A/R and A/P. Beth will also work with management in controlling of financial accounting operations.
Beth has also owned and operated her own company.
Beth is a graduate of Kentucky College of Business where she earned an Accounting degree and Business Management degree.
 is an experienced veteran of the electrical industry bringing 30 years to the table from residential, commercial and industrial electrical construction.
Christopher owned and operated a successful electrical contracting company for over 15 years. He specializes in design build, value engineering, fire alarm, low voltage and project management.
Christopher is another welcome addition to the great team of estimators on our staff.

 is a proud member of the professional estimating staff at Plumbing Enlightenment, Inc.
Tim started in the HVAC field while in high school and immediately after graduating began his plumbing career. He has trained on the job since for the past 12 years, with experience in residential, commercial, and service plumbing. Tim also worked in the mining industry as a laborer at KMM&K an underground tunnel boring company in Cleveland, OH.
Tim has earned various certifications in his career; such as OSHA 10, Rinnai, Zurn Pex – water systems and radiant heat, DOT-OQ, Gastite, Tracpipe, and Wirsbo.
Tim has also received specialized training through PANO, NCCER, Cleveland Local 55 Plumbers Union and on his own through various code classes and product seminars. Through this training Tim has 2 years towards his statewide journey man's card at NCCER and is currently attending classes to finish up that license. He completed the apprenticeship program in the local 55 to achieve his Cleveland local card; through this process he has taken the Ohio plumbing contractors exam and earned that license #37056 as well.
Tim's work ethics and dedication and extensive knowledge of the plumbing industry has driven him from a rookie float man between crews to, second man, lead man, and his own plumbing company.

Jeff has been working in the construction trades for over 20 years.
He started out working for a commercial plumber and worked his way up to a Journeyman Plumber in local plumbers union.
Jeff's next professional achievement was to own a successful home improvement company.
Jeff had also been involved in commercial construction work for the past five years. Through this experience he became a licensed general contractor.
Jeff has worked on many types of construction jobs from estimating and project management to final completion. This hands-on experience has given Jeff the opportunity to appreciate all of the construction trades.
Jeff is extremely team oriented and enjoys being a member of the professional estimating team at Plumbing Enlightenment, Inc.
 started in the plumbing trade at an Architectural Engineering firm as a Plumbing Draftsman and progressed to a Plumbing Designer. His professional experience includes HVAC and plumbing repair along with plumbing estimating and project management.
With over 25 years in the trade, Pete is an invaluable resource to the estimating team.
